Yes, all our units are fully customised and styled to perfection. This includes bleached knots, a plucked hairline, deep conditioning, washing, and styling according to your selected preferences.

All orders begin preparation within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability at the time of order.

We try our best to have your order shipped out within 7days. Your order will not be shipped until payment has been fully processed, which may take 1 to 5 business days after purchase.

Yes, our wigs come with two adjustable bands and three combs inside the cap to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

if the wig is made to fit, this may only include 1 comb, and a band for security.

Not sure if the wig sizes available online will suit you? We offer personalized consultations to help you with sizing concerns and ensure the perfect fit. If needed, we can also create a custom-made wig tailored to your head circumference.

Our high-quality wigs, made from raw human hair, can last anywhere from 3 to 5 years with proper care, including regular washing, conditioning, and styling.

With good maintenance, our wigs maintain their softness, texture, and durability for an extended period. This includes lasting more than 5 years.

We’ll work with you remotely to ensure your bridal look is perfectly tailored to your vision.

This service is included in our Premium and Silver Bridal Packages.

If you're interested in adding a touch-up to either the hair or bridal makeup package, this will incur an additional cost.

The bridal consultation fee is $200 and is non-refundable.

This fee is required to book your consultation and ensures that we can dedicate time, and limit no shows.

However, if you choose to proceed with our services, the consultation fee will be credited toward your overall bridal package.
